After protracted discussions between Cycling South Africa (CSA), its affiliates and Swellendam Municipality; the following decisions regarding the National Road and Time Trials Championships initially scheduled for 5 – 7 February 2021, have been taken.

Race Across South Africa (RASA) organisers have released a short film that encapsulates the essence of the 2 150km, non-stop, a self-navigated mountain bike ride that starts in Pietermaritzburg and ends in Wellington.

The organisers of one of the world’s most prestigious international mountain bike stages races, the Momentum Medical Scheme Tankwa Trek, presented by Biogen, have cancelled the 2021 edition. The four-day UCI-graded event, which attracts many of the world’s elite racers, was scheduled to take place in the Koue Bokkeveld region, near Cape Town, South Africa from 4-7 February 2021.
